Interactive style is where you put all the languages you want to be translated, together, and each person reads the line that is in the language they desire. Here is an example:
The advantage to this method, is that the discussion is "all in one place". The disadvantage is it can appear as "messy", especially as the number of languages grow.
Dedicated is when a channel is setup to display a particular language. Then only that language is used there, and your users can spend their time reading only the language they desire.
The advantage is the language is specific to a section of the group, and the disadvantage is that multiple channels will need to be setup, and your group won't "be" in one place when chatting.
Although "Dedicated" channels are described here as single-language, there isn't a restriction forcing this. You can make a hybrid approach, and do things like language-pair channels, or whatever makes the best organization for your group.
